Hoopdance is an energizing, fat burning cardio and core building hula hoop workout that is effective, fun and encourages creative self-expression! You will be introduced to the skill of spinning a specialized weighted fitness hoop and blending hula hooping with elements of dance and fitness. Hoopdance is easy to learn, empowering and promises a strong sculpted body.

Pixie Hoops Certified Instructors are dedicated to creating a safe, invigorating, balanced, challenging and above all fun hoopdance practice for you to enjoy. This new Pixie Workshop Series is the perfect blend of targeted exercise through hooping technique and new exciting hoopdance tricks!

Designed to inspire all levels of hoopers - if it is your first time hooping or you have been hooping for years. Our instructors will give you one on one assistance, including directions to hoop beyond each move and exercise that we explore.
